SEEWELL® Returns and Exchange Policy
SEEWELL® is made with premium materials and undergoes strict quality controls to ensure reliability. Nevertheless, we understand that it may be necessary to return a product.
1. Return Period
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of return or withdrawal.
2. Product Conditions

For returns due to withdrawal, the product must be unopened, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

If the product has been opened, returns are only accepted in cases of factory defects or shipping errors.

Returns of modified products, items damaged by misuse, or tampered products will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs

Returns due to withdrawal (unopened packaging): the customer will bear the shipping costs, with details available on our website.

Returns due to factory defects or shipping errors: SEEWELL® will cover the shipping costs, provided the issue is reported upon receipt of the order.
4. Return Procedure
All returns must be processed exclusively through the returns form available on our website. The system will generate all necessary instructions and labels to complete the process easily.
5. Refund or Exchange
Once the product is received at our warehouse and its condition verified:

We will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, or

Exchange the product for another one, according to the customer’s preference.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt and verification of the product. This period may be extended during high demand periods.
