At SEEWELL®, we work to ensure you receive your order quickly, safely, and without additional costs in the territories where we offer free shipping.
1. Delivery Area
We currently offer free shipping for purchases made in the following territories:
- Iberian Peninsula
- Balearic Islands
Our distribution network is constantly growing. We will be progressively expanding the available destinations, which will be communicated and updated on this same page.
2. Preparation and Delivery Times
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from the confirmation of the purchase.
- The delivery time for the order will depend on the assigned logistics operator and will be indicated during the checkout process.
- During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or logistical incidents, delivery times may vary, and the customer will be notified during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is included at no additional cost in the areas indicated above.
- For special campaigns or territories outside of the current network, the shipping conditions and any possible additional costs will be clearly indicated before the purchase is finalized.
4. Conditions in Case Of Return
- For returns due to withdrawal (unopened product), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, as indicated in the return policy.
- For returns due to a defective product or an error in the shipment, SEEWELL® will assume the shipping costs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and, if applicable, the link to track it online.
